At LOGYBUFF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not fully happy, you can return your order under the conditions below.
Return Conditions

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection law.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Hygiene products (such as underwear or swimwear) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Sale items may only be returned if they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
How to Return an Item

Send an email to support@logybuff.com with your order number and reason for return.

You’ll receive detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Carefully pack the item and send it back using a tracked shipping method.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Returns are processed through our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
The full return address will be provided via email.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
Please always keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
Refund Policy
After we’ve received and approved your return, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used for your purchase.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund or decline the return.
Returns sent after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.
