We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LOGYBUFF.
If for any reason you’re not fully happy, you can easily return your order under the conditions below.
Return Conditions

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Hygiene products (such as underwear or swimwear) cannot be returned.

Sale items can only be returned if they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
How to Return an Item

Send an email to klantenservicelogybuff@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

You’ll then receive the return instructions and the return address.

Carefully pack the item and send it back using a track & trace shipping method.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.

Always keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
Refund Policy
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we will issue a refund within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method used for your purchase.
Exceptions

If the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund or refuse the return.
